Employee Communications

Heather’s employee communications professional highlights include message development and dissemination of communications related to incidents and initiatives including a plant explosion that resulted in one employee fatality and serious injury to a second employee.

Additionally Heather also managed communications for Hurricane Harvey, corporate M&A (Merger and Acquisition) activities, launches of employee engagement surveys and organization announcements related to executive appointments and organization restructuring and headcount reductions.
